 As a licensed Counsellor/Psychotherapist with the Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP). I am also a Certified Reiki and Yoga Practitioner, working holistically with the mind and body. 

I have extensive experience and expertise working with young people aged 12 and upwards and adults, on numerous issues. 

These may include; anxiety, depression, self-esteem, feeling lonely or stuck, trauma, various types of loss, strong emotions related to past or current events, challenging personal or work relationships, abuse, emotional issues and much more.

I believe that there are many gateways to healing; Talk Therapy, Reiki Energy Healing or Somatic Yoga Therapy. Research has shown that all of these modalities have been beneficial in improving mental health and emotional well-being.  If you are struggling emotionally or are feeling overwhelmed, let me help you. I believe that when we feel truly heard, understood and accepted, we can begin to free ourselves from our emotional pain, enabling us to make choices from a place of self compassion and personal power. 

I am here to help you navigate your way through whatever is weighing heavily on your heart or holding you back.

I provide a safe, warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space. I am also available for talk therapy sessions in person or online, whichever you are most comfortable with.
