Single Session Therapy (SST) - Focused Support in One Extended Session

Sometimes you may not need ongoing therapy, you just need a safe space to focus on a specific issue, gain clarity, or make a plan.


This extended, one-off session is designed for those looking for a more proactive approach than a standard 50-minute session. Lasting approximately 90 minutes, it allows us to explore a particular challenge in depth, identify goals, and work towards practical solutions.


This session is ideal if you:

  • Are facing a specific decision or life situation.
  • Want clarity or direction without committing to ongoing therapy.
  • Prefer a focused, goal-orientated approach.


Whether it's a first step, a reset, or a standalone experience, this session is tailored to help you walk away with insight, tools, and a sense of direction.


Included is a brief written summary of session insights and agreed next steps (delivered via email within 48 hours).



Time Limited Therapy

  

Time-Limited Therapy offers focused support over a set number of sessions, usually anywhere from 6 to 12, with a clear goal in mind. 


It’s ideal if you want to work through something specific, develop insight, or build tools without the commitment of open-ended therapy. Knowing there’s a set timeframe can help the work feel more structured, intentional, and manageable. 


It’s therapy with a clear beginning, middle, and end, but still grounded in depth, care, and connection.


Ongoing Therapy

  

Ongoing Therapy offers a safe, consistent space to explore whatever’s coming up, at your pace, in your own time. There’s no fixed end point, which means we can go deeper into long-standing patterns, past experiences, and the parts of you that need time, care, and connection to heal. 


This kind of therapy supports lasting change and self-understanding, especially when life feels complex, layered, or hard to put into words. 


It’s a space to grow, unpack, and simply be, without needing to rush.

REIKI

Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) which means 'universal life energy', is a Japanese energy healing technique which activates the natural healing processes in the body. 


Reiki is a calming, hands-on (or hands-off) energy practice that supports your body’s natural ability to heal. It can help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected, especially when things feel overwhelming, stuck, or hard to explain. 


Many clients find it helpful for emotional release, deep relaxation, and restoring balance. You don’t need to talk or process anything out loud, Reiki works quietly, meeting you where words sometimes can’t.
